Preceding the Early Music Guild's 8pm presentation of Piffaro, America's world-class Renaissance wind band, the fine student instrumentalists of SHAK's Early Music Youth Academy offer music in the lobby. Grab a coffee from the concession window, have a seat in the south wing of the lobby, and enjoy our favorite pieces from Renaissance Germany, England, and Italy. Students aged 11-14 play spirited dance tunes and elegant fantasias on viola da gamba, violin, recorder, and harp, accompanied by director Shulamit Kleinerman.
